检验科生化室内质控方法的改进措施研究

摘要
目的对检验科生化室内质量控制的方法,以及其影响因素展开研究,并针对存在的相关问题提出改进的措施,希望能够促进检验结果准确性的提升。方法根据随机数字表法选取我院2012年2月-2016年3月检验科生化室质量评价的相关结果,在美国CLIA能力验证的质量分析要求规定的基础上,对临床误差TEa与生物变异的总误差TEa展开对比。结果通过对我院检验科生化室内质量控制方法的合格率展开检查,所检查的结果为:Na 83.6%、K 100%、CL 82.9%、尿酸(Ua)92.4%、肌酐(CER)72.8%、尿素氮(BUN)85.1%、总蛋白(TP)80.6%、总胆红素(TBil)66.4%、葡萄糖(Glu)100%、总胆固醇(TC)100%、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)82.5%、TG 86.9%、ALB 90.4%、HDL-C 92.6%。结论造成检验科生化室内质量结果错误的原因多种多样,要对其展开全面系统性地分析,及时相关的解决影响因素,促进临床检验结果准确性的不断提升。
        Objective The method of quality control and its influencing factors in biochemical laboratory of the inspection department are studied, and the improvement measures are put forward according to the existing problems. It is hoped that the accuracy of the inspection results can be improved. Methods Random selection of the results of the quality evaluation of the biological laboratory of the laboratory from February 2012 to March 2016, based on the quality analysis requirements of the CLIA ability verification in the United States, the total error of the clinical error TEa and the biological variation TEa was compared. Results The pass rate of the quality control method of biochemical laboratory was checked in our hospital. The results of the inspection were: Na 83.6%, K 100%, CL 82.9%, Ua 92.4%, creatinine72.8%, urea nitrogen(BUN) 85.1%, total protein(TP) 80.6%, total bilirubin 66.4%, glucose 100%, 100% of total cholesterol(TC), 82.5% of aspartic acid aminotransferase(AST), TG 86.90%, ALB 90.4%, HDL-C 92.6%. Conclusion There are many reasons for the error of laboratory quality results in the laboratory of laboratory chemistry. It is necessary to carry out a comprehensive and systematic analysis on it, solve the related influencing factors in time, and promote the continuous improvement of the accuracy of clinical test results.
