液态地膜+甲基硫菌灵对桑椹菌核病的防效试验

摘要
基于桑椹菌核病在早春靠子囊孢子飞出地面侵染桑椹致病的的特点,为构建简便、高效、绿色的防治方法,将液态地膜与甲基硫菌灵混合液喷洒在桑园地面,通过地膜覆盖使子囊孢子难以飞出地面和药剂杀灭的双重作用来增强防治效果。结果表明,春期对果桑品种大10的桑园地面喷洒液态地膜与500倍70%甲基硫菌素混合液,与空白地面向植株喷洒500倍70%甲基硫菌灵相比,桑树枝叶生长量分别增加15.02%和19.33%,单位面积鲜果产量增加17.14%,春叶产量提高11.57%,桑椹菌核病发病率减少49.79%,单果质量提高20.24%~24.84%,显示较显著的抗旱增产防病的增产效果。
        In order to construct a simple, efficient, environment friendly method to control Ciboria shiraiana P.Henn, the mixed liquid of liquid film and thiophonate-methyl was sprayed in mulberry field surface to cover the ground with sensitive layer and get dual control effect, which also based on the characteristic of ascospore flew out of the ground to infected mulberry in early spring. The results show that the yield of Da 10 branch and leaf are increased by 15.02% and19.33%, the yield of fresh fruit is increased by 17.14% on unit area, the yield of spring leaf is increased by 11.57%, the incidence of Ciboria shiraiana P.Henn reduced by 49.79%, weight of fruit is increased by 21.77%~24.84% in mulberry field surface sprayed with the mixed liquid of liquid film and 500 times 70% thiophonate-methyl compared with the blank ground sprayed the same mixed liquid to mulberry. That showed significantly effects with drought resistance, less disease and increase production.
