金水宝胶囊预防造影剂肾病研究
摘要
目的观察急性冠脉综合征(ACS)患者介入治疗术后肾功能的改变,并评价金水宝胶囊对冠脉介入术后患者肾功能的影响。方法 40例ACS患者随机分为金水宝胶囊治疗组(20例)和常规治疗组(20例),两组患者在冠脉介入术前和术后次日采血查血肌酐(Cr),尿素氮(BUN)。金水宝胶囊治疗组介入治疗术后即口服金水宝胶囊7 d后复查上述指标,并进行治疗前后比较和两组间比较。结果 ACS患者金水宝胶囊治疗组血肌酐,尿素氮水平较常规治疗组明显降低(P<0.01);经金水宝胶囊治疗后,患者的血肌酐、尿素氮较治疗前明显下降(P<0.01)。结论金水宝胶囊具有保护肾功能的作用,在预防造影剂肾病中有一定的临床价值,临床上可用于冠脉介入术后预防造影剂肾病的发生。
