磁共振兼容心脏植入型电子器械临床应用中的有关问题

摘要
磁共振(MRI)兼容心脏植入型电子器械(CIED)植入后允许有条件的行MRI检查。有研究显示CIED行急诊头颅MRI检查对急性卒中的诊断和治疗是可行的、安全的。国内多家大的医院研究数据显示MRI兼容CIED植入后MRI检查率低于国外研究的数据。目前国内外研究均证实MRI兼容CIED植入后行MRI检查安全且有效。
