复方氨酚甲麻口服液联合地氯雷他定干混悬剂治疗小儿过敏性咳嗽的疗效观察

摘要
目的探讨复方氨酚甲麻口服液联合地氯雷他定干混悬剂治疗小儿过敏性咳嗽的疗效。方法选取我院2018年4月至2018年12月收治的过敏性咳嗽患儿130例,随机分为两组各65例。对照组给予地氯雷他定干混悬剂治疗,治疗组给予复方氨酚甲麻口服液联合地氯雷他定干混悬剂治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗组的总有效率96.92%,显著高于对照组的86.15%(P <0.05)。治疗后,治疗组的FEV_1、 FVC均显著高于对照组(P <0.05), TNF-α、 IL-6水平均显著低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论复方氨酚甲麻口服液联合地氯雷他定干混悬剂治疗小儿过敏性咳嗽的临床疗效明显。
Objective To explore the efficacy of compound paracetamol and pseudoephedrine hydrochloride oral liquid combined with desloratadine dry suspension in the treatment of children with allergic cough. Methods 130 cases of children with allergic cough admitted to our hospital from April 2018 to December 2018 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 65 cases in each group. The control group was treated with desloratadine dry suspension, while the treatment group was treated with compound paracetamol and pseudoephedrine hydrochloride oral liquid combined with desloratadine dry suspension. The curative effects of two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 96.92%, significantly higher than 86.15% of control group(P <0.05).After treatment, the FEV1 and FVC of treatment group were significantly higher than those of control group, and the levels of TNF-α and IL-6 were significantly lower than those of control group(P <0.05). Conclusions Compound paracetamol and pseudoephedrine hydrochloride oral liquid combined with desloratadine dry suspension in the treatment of children with allergic cough has obvious clinical efficacy.
