欧阳群教授改良神阙隔物壮灸疗法经验

摘要
欧阳群教授对神阙隔物壮灸进行了改良,将药物和食盐结合起来,大大拓展了隔盐灸的主治功效。首先,欧阳教授在脐部填入食盐之前,先填入适量中药药粉,与肚脐紧密接触的是中药药粉;其次,欧阳教授再将一定量的药物掺入食盐当中,做成药盐,覆盖于药粉之上,承载艾炷。而且,欧阳教授还摸索出一种新型艾炷制作技术,轻轻揉搓,形成疏松的大艾炷,用于神阙壮灸。同时,欧阳教授自拟23种临床常用配方,其中最具代表性的9种配方有:醒脑开窍方、镇惊安神方、脾胃方、免疫方、妇科炎症方、月经不调方、解痉方、补肾方、虚烦方。经过反复临床实践,不断改进和提高,神阙壮灸逐步发展,成为欧阳教授临证一绝。
Prof. Ouyang Qun has improved the Shenque Indirect moxibustion,in which he combined salt with salt hence greatly expanded the effect of salt moxibustion. First of all,Professor Ouyang filled a proper amount of Chinese medicine powder in the umbilical before he put sale into it. Then,he mixed the same Chinese medicine powder with salt and cover the mixture on the pure powder to support the moxa cone. Furthermore,Professor Ouyang also worked out a new type of moxa cone production technology.By gently rub a loose large moxa cone is done and be ready for the Shenque Indiret Strong moxibustion. At the same time,Professor Ouyang designed 23 commonly used clinical formula,in which 9 formular are the most representative ones to Xingnao Kaiqiao,Zhenjing Anshen,coordinate Spleen and Stomach,strengthen immune function,treat for gynecological inflammation,treat for irregular menstruation,remove spasm and tonify Kidney function. After repeated clinical practice and continuous improvement,Shenque Indirect moxibustion practiced by Professor of Ouyang can achieve satisfying clinical efficacy.
