摘要
直流电源控制参数的准确度对判断电源的输出以及提高加速器更换束流的效率均有显著影响,因此进行了直流电源一致性标定的工作。本文首先介绍了兰州重离子加速器直流电源一致性标定工作的原理,然后根据线性变换的方法推导出其控制参数的计算公式,最后利用LabVIEW程序对标定数据进行分析、处理并计算出修正参数,从而保证直流电源给定与输出的一致性。仿真和实际应用结果均表明,使用的方法正确、计算的参数可靠,可以满足直流电源控制参数准确性的要求。
        Background:The direct current power supply is one of the most important subsystems of heavy ion research facility in Lanzhou(HIRFL),and the accuracy of control parameters has significant influence on power supply status judgment and beam tuning effect.Purpose:To optimize the control parameters which can secure the power supply's read value is consistent with set value,the fundamental process of power supply's consistency calibration is introduced in this paper.Methods:The principle of linear transformation is used to derive control parameters' formulas,and a calibration program which based on LabVIEW is designed.Results:The program gets power supply's operation data through dynamic data exchange technique;then it calculates optimized control parameters.Conclusions:Both real calibration and simulation result indicate that the used method is correct,and the optimized control parameters can fulfill the accuracy requirement of power supply's consistency calibration.
