新时代残疾人事业发展的“五个必须”——深入学习习近平总书记关于残疾人事业的重要论述

党的十八大以来,习近平总书记对促进残疾人和残疾人事业发展提出了一系列明确要求,深刻阐述了新时代残疾人事业发展的价值理念、地位作用、目标方向、重要任务和责任要求,科学回答了新时代怎样认识残疾人、怎样发展残疾人事业以及怎样做好残疾人工作等重大问题。2018年9月14日,中央政治局常委、国务院副总理韩正同志受习近平总书记委托,代表党中央、国务院在中国残联第七次全国代表大会上致词,从"必须坚持树立正确的价值理念、必须坚守弱有所扶的原则立场、必须完成决胜小康的关键任务、必须促进残疾人全面发展和共同富裕及必须把推进残疾人事业当作分内责任"五个方面高度概括了习近平总书记关于残疾人事业的重要论述,本文结合残疾人事业发展历史和当前方位,对推动新时代残疾人事业发展的"五个必须"进行系统的解读。
