摘要

基于尾矿库安全运行的重要性,首先介绍了所在尾矿库的基本背景,其次阐述了尾矿库安全运行潜在的有害因素及采取的安全防范措施,对尾矿库排洪系统的安全可靠性采用了暴雨洪水法进行分析,最后总结了尾矿库的安全生产管理经验及治理成效,具有一定的指导意义。
        Based on the importance of safe operation of tailings pond,the basic background of the tailings pond is introduced firstly.Secondly,the potential harmful factors and safe precautions taken in the safe operation of the tailings pond are described.The safety and reliability of the flood system is analyzed by the storm flood method.Finally,the safety production management experience and treatment effectiveness of the tailings pond are summarized,which have certain guiding significance.
