摘要

小微企业占据了我国经济发展的半壁江山,从2016年新三板公司规模来看,大型企业数量占6%,中型企业占31%,小型企业占比超过60%。小微企业量大面广,事故发生率高,员工安全面临严重的威胁,安全生产形势不容乐观。基于此,研究对小微企业员工不安全行为的预控具有重要意义。
        Small and micro enterprises account for half of China's economic development. In terms of the size of NEEQ companies in 2016,large enterprises account for 6%, medium-sized enterprises account for 31%, and small enterprises account for more than 60%. Small and micro enterprises are large in size and wide in scope, with a high incidence of accidents. Employees' safety is faced with serious threats, and the situation of production safety is not optimistic. Based on this, the research has important significance for the precontrol of unsafe behaviors of employees in small and micro enterprises.
