2014—2018年襄阳市食源性疾病监测结果分析

摘要
目的通过对2014—2018年襄阳市食源性疾病监测数据进行分析,了解襄阳地区食源性疾病流行特征。方法收集并分析襄阳市2014—2018年食源性疾病监测数据。结果 2014—2018年共报告有效病例3 741例,男、女比例1. 07∶1;以0~4岁年龄组人群居多(27. 21%);职业以儿童(28. 79%)和农民(20. 90%)居多;可疑食品以混合食品(24. 95%)和肉与肉制品(16. 66%)居多;可疑购买场所中农贸市场(16. 79%)和家庭(12. 03%)占比最高; 7~9月为发病高峰。共采集样本1 373份,检出阳性病原体66株,总检出率4. 81%,以沙门氏菌为主; 7~9月病原体总检出率(6. 28%)最高; 0~4岁年龄组病原体总检出率(9. 62%)最高。结论襄阳市食源性疾病高发期为7~9月,集中在0~4岁年龄组;应加强对重点场所(农贸市场、家庭)和重点人群(婴幼儿监护人)的相关宣传教育。
        Objective To understand the epidemic characteristics of food-borne diseases in Xiangyang area through analyzing the surveillance data of food-borne diseases in Xiangyang City from 2014 to 2018. Methods The surveillance data of food-borne diseases in Xiangyang City from 2014 to 2018 were collected and analyzed. Results A total of 3 741 effective cases were reported in 2018. The proportion of male to female was 1. 07∶ 1. The incidence rate was the highest in the 0-4 years old group( 27. 21%).Most of the patients were children( 28. 79%) and farmers( 20. 90%). The majority of suspected food was mixed food( 24. 95%) and meat( 16. 66%). Farmers' market( 16. 79%) and family( 12. 03%) accounted for the largest proportion. The incidence peak was from July to September. 66 strains of pathogens were isolated from 1 373 stool samples,and the total positive rate was 4. 81%,mainly Salmonella. The positive rate in July to September was the highest( 6. 28%),and the positive rate of the 0-4 years old group was the highest( 9. 62%). Conclusion The high incidence of food-borne diseases in Xiangyang City occurred from July to September,which was concentrated in the age group of 0-4 years old. The relevant propaganda and education should be strengthened in key places( farmers' market and family) and to key population( guardians of infants and young children).
