儿童幽门螺杆菌相关性消化不良诊治进展

<正>幽门螺杆菌(Helicobacter pylori,Hp)相关性消化不良是指伴有Hp感染的消化不良,经内镜及相关实验室检查无其他异常发现,通过规范的Hp根除治疗后,其消化不良症状获得长期缓解的一种独特的疾病实体。该病最初在2015年Hp胃炎京都全球共识中提出,发病机制尚未完全明确,过去从属于功能性消化不良范畴,需
