摘要
输电断面监控与辅助决策系统包括断面监控、故障分析、辅助决策3个过程。根据电网规定控制规则,建立稳定限额专家数据库系统,对电网主要设备及输电断面进行实时监控。对电网出现的故障,依据专家库系统,准确反映出故障原因,并为调度运行人员提供辅助决策建议。输电断面监控与辅助决策系统的使用,为电网安全稳定运行提供了一套合理、有效的监控和在线分析方法,有效提高调度人员驾驭大电网能力,提高事故处理效率,使电网调度由目前的人工分析型上升为智能管理型。
        Transmission section monitoring and auxiliary decision-making system include three processes of section monitoring,fault analysis and auxiliary decision-making. According to the power grid control regulations,this paper proposes establishing the expert database system of stability quota to monitor the main equipment and transmission section of power grid in real time. As for the failure of power grid,the paper relies on the expert database system to reflect the fault causes accurately and provide auxiliary decision-making suggestions for dispatchers. The application of transmission section monitoring and auxiliary decision-making systems provides a set of reasonable and effective monitoring and online analysis methods for safe and stable operation of power grids,which effectively improves the ability of dispatchers to control large grids and the efficiency of handling accidents,thus promoting the grid dispatches from the current manual analysis to intelligent management.
