摘要
目的:研究产后抑郁症患者亚甲基四氢叶酸还原酶(MTHFR)和雌激素受体α(ERα)基因多态性的表达,分析其与产后抑郁症易感性的关系。方法:应用聚合酶链式反应和限制性片段长度多态性技术(PCR-RFLP)测定80例产后抑郁症患者(观察组)和80例健康产妇(对照组)的MTHFR和ERα基因型,进而分析各基因型和等位基因与产后抑郁症发病的相关性。结果:观察组MTHFR基因TT基因型和T等位基因频率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组ERα基因PvuⅡ酶切及XbaⅠ酶切各基因型频率与对照组相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但观察组ERα基因PvuⅡ酶切P等位基因频率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:MTHFR基因多态性T等位基因及ERα基因多态性P等位基因可能与产后抑郁症易感性有关。
Objective:To study the expression of methylenetetrahydrofolate reductase(MTHFR)gene and estrogen receptoer alpha(ERα)gene polymorphism,analyze its relations with postpartum depression susceptibility.Methods:MTHFR gene and ERαgene were studied in 80 postpartun depression patients(experimental group)and 80 healthy womem in puerperium(control group)by polymerase chain reaction and restriction fragment length polymorphism(PCR-RFLP).Analyzed the correlation between genotype,allele and postpartum depression.Results:The genotype frequency of TT and the allele frequency of T of MTHFR gene in experimental group were significant higher than that in control group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in ERα-Pvu Ⅱ genotypes and ERα-Xba Ⅰgenotypes between experimental group and control group(P>0.05),but the allele frequency of P in experimental group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The T allele of MTHFR gene polymorphism and the P allele of ERα-PvuⅡ gene polymorphism may be associated with postpartum depression susceptibility.
