基于Miseq法研究纳豆芽孢杆菌制剂对小鼠肠道菌群的影响

摘要
以正常小鼠和抗生素介导肠道菌群失衡的小鼠为动物试验模型,采用纳豆芽孢杆菌制剂进行体内灌胃试验和Miseq方法研究纳豆芽孢杆菌制剂对小鼠肠道菌群的影响并进行生物信息分析。分析多样本间的肠道菌群的多样性和单样本的门水平及属水平上的分类情况;通过聚类分析方法分析小鼠肠道菌群在不同时间的变化情况,并对纳豆芽孢杆菌制剂进行剂量分析。
        Based on the normal mice and low intestinal flora in mice with antibiotics as animal testing model,the regulation of intestinal flora in mice by Bacillus natto preparationwas studied using Bacillus natto preparation in vivo experimental and miseq method.Further the biological information of mice was analyzed.The diversity of intestinal flora among multiple samples and the classification of the single sample's door and its level were analyzed.The situation of the number of bacteria which was changed in Bacillus natto and probiotics and pathogens was analyzed.Ultimately,The situation of the number of bacteria which was changed in the intestinal flora at different time was analyzed.The dose of Bacillus natto preparation was analyzed and determined.
