不同pH值对两种藻的生长及叶绿素荧光的影响

摘要
以小球藻和铜绿微囊藻为研究对象,应用叶绿素荧光技术研究不同pH值控制下对两种藻的生长及叶绿素荧光特性的影响.研究结果显示:不同pH值对两种藻细胞的光合具有明显抑制作用.小球藻与铜绿微囊藻在pH 7下生长情况没有其他三种酸碱度控制下生长情况好.铜绿微囊藻适宜的pH为8~9,小球藻在pH为8~10下生长情况较好,尤其在pH 10情况下最好.此外两种藻的反应中心比活性参数和能量分配比率在一定程度上也受到一定影响.反应中心比活性的变化与Fv/Fm有很好的一致性.能量分配比率体现出藻的适应性调节机制.藻的最佳生长情况pH与内源氮磷的释放情况相似.
        To find out the effects of different pH control on the growth and Chlorophyll fluorescence of two kinds of algae,by use of the Chlorophyll fluorescence technology,chlorella microcystis and microcystis aeruginosa were taken as the research subjects to test the effects of different pH values on the growth and chlorophyll fluorescence characteristics.It was found that the photosynthesis of the two algal cells was significantly inhibited by different pH values.Chlorella and Microcystis aeruginosa did not grow as well at pH 7 as the other three pH levels.The optimum pH of microcystis aeruginosa was at 8~9,and the growth of Microcystis aeruginosa was better at pH 8~10,especially pH 10.In addition,the specific activity parameters and energy distribution ratio of the reaction center of the two algae were also affected to some extent.The change of specific activity of the reaction center was observed to be in good consistency with Fv/Fm.The energy distribution ratio takes on the adaptive regulation mechanism of algae.The optimum growth pH of algae was something similar to the release of endogenous nitrogen and phosphorus.
