重症加强护理病房院内感染的护理干预对策研究

摘要
目的:探究重症加强护理病房院内感染的护理干预对策。方法:选自某院2013年4月~2014年3月所收治的132例重症加强护理病房患者,按照就诊先后顺序随机分为实验组与参照组,各66例。实验组患者采取综合护理干预,参照组患者采取常规护理,比较两组患者的感染发生情况。结果:实验组患者的感染发生率为4.55%,参照组患者的感染发生率为19.70%,实验组明显低于参照组(P<0.05)。结论:在重症加强护理病房实行综合护理干预,可以有效降低院内感染的发生率,值得临床广泛推广。
Objective:To explore nursing intervention countermeasures for nosocomial infection in ICU.Methods:Select 132 patients in ICU in some hospital during the period from April 2013 to March 2014,randomly divide them into experiment group and control group according to their admittance sequence,66 cases for each.in experimental group,comprehensive nursing intervention were adopted for patients,while in control group,routine nursing was took.Compare the situation of infection occurred in the two groups.Results:The incidence of infection in experiment group was 4.55%,the incidence of infection in control group was 19.70%,the rate of experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The execution of comprehensive nursing intervention in ICU,can effectively reduce the incidence of nosocomial infection,it is worthy of widely clinical popularization.
