摘要
基于合金相变理论,研究了金属加热过程中相变对升温速率变化的影响。利用数据处理软件结合相关高等数学知识,对工业生产中核级锆合金淬火连续加热过程相变温度参数进行检测和分析,测量出锆合金相变温度,并将该方法应用于实际生产。
        Based on the theory of alloy transformation, the effect of phase transformation on the change of heating rate during metal heating was studied. The data processing software combined with the knowledge of higher mathematics was used to detect and analyze the phase transition temperature parameters of continuous quenching heating process of nuclear grade zirconium alloy in industrial production. The phase transition temperature of zirconium alloy was measured, and the method was applied to practical production.
