新时代提高民营企业党建工作实效性的对策探析

摘要
当前民营企业党建工作中存在着组织力量薄弱、管理困难、制度欠缺等难题。究其原因,主要是由三方面因素导致的:一是民营企业主逐利化倾向弱化了党建工作的现实性;二是民营企业自身特点制约了党建工作的实效性;三是民营企业党组织自身问题增加了党建工作的复杂性。要解决这些问题,必须以改革创新精神破解难题,从转变观念着手,切实提高对民营企业党建工作的思想认识;完善制度,优化民营企业党员的管理形式;创新载体,打造民营企业党组织活动平台,力求企业党建不流于形式,不追求功利,做到"心中有党"。
At present,in the Party building in private enterprises,there exist some problems,such as weak Party organizations,difficulties in managing Party members and lack of complete systems.These problems are caused mainly by the following three factors:first,that the private business owners tend to pursue profits weakens the Party building in reality;second,the characteristics of private enterprises reduce the effectiveness of the Party building;third,problems of private enterprise Party organizations have caused the complexity of the Party building.In order to solve these problems,the following countermeasures are proposed:private enterprise owners should have a sense of reform and innovation,change their ideas,and realize the importance of Party building;relevant systems be improved to manage Party members;and an innovative platform be established for Party organization activities to avoid formalism and utilitarianism and to keep the Party in mind.
