摘要
通过物理场模拟、工业试验和现场测试等手段,首次建立罐式炉仿真模型,开发了新型结构的低温罐式炉和工艺技术。经过近2年的运行实践表明,低温煅烧石油焦技术生产的煅烧焦各项指标均达到出口要求,优于行业平均水平,经济、环境和社会效益显著。
        Through physical field simulation, industrial test, field test and other means, the simulating model of pot calciner was built and developet new structure of low temperature pot calciner and process technology. After nearly 2 years of operation practice,the indicators of calcined petroleum coke that was produced by the technology of low-temperature were reached the requirements of export,better than the industry average.Economic, environmental and social benefit is significant.
