摘要
高压氧系统是现代煤化工企业非常重要的管网系统,随着近年来煤化工行业的快速发展,高压氧压力越来越高,用量也越来越大,而高压氧气放空阀在小开度时调节缓慢,阀门调节滞后,导致氧气管网压力瞬间升高,极大地威胁着液氧泵的安全,还可能导致正在运行的其他气化炉因氧煤比高联锁跳车;由于压力瞬间升高,安全阀频繁起跳,安全阀瞬间泄放时的反冲力易导致管道弯曲变形甚至发生管线撕裂、管道爆燃的事故时有发生。
        High pressure oxygen system is a very important pipe network system of modern coal chemical industry.With the rapid development of coal chemical industry in recent years,the pressure of Oxygen pressure is getting higher and higher,the dosage is getting bigger and bigger,and the high pressure oxygen vent valve is in small opening When the adjustment is slow,the valve adjustment lag,resulting in oxygen pipe network pressure instantly increased,a great threat to the safety of liquid oxygen pump,but also may lead to the operation of other gasification furnace due to high coal ratio jumper;Rise,the safety valve frequent take-off,the safety valve momentary release when the recoil easily lead to pipe bending deformation or even pipeline tear,pipe deflagration accident occurred.
