摘要
DP24是以抗丛根病种质W12为母本,以3个自育的优良品系(KH、1303/111、F111)为父本,自然杂交,其反交组合经过3个世代母根单株选择混合采种,之后进行一次单株自交选择、扩繁,在感病地和非感病地试验鉴定同时进行了3个世代大面积培育母根进行高强度选择而成的高糖抗病甜菜品系。经感病地和非感病地试验鉴定,4年感病地鉴定表现较强的抗病性,根产量比抗病性较强的对照品种增产-4.3%~53.5%,含糖率提高0.82~2.48度,产糖量提高2.9%~64.3%,抗褐斑病和根腐病、较耐丛根病,褐斑病病情比表现抗病的对照品种低0~0.76级,根腐病罹病率低0.5%~10.2%,,丛根病病情指数与耐丛根病品种持平,比甜研8号低9.2。非感病地鉴定根产量比丰产性较强的ZM202减产17.4%,含糖率提高1.93度,产糖量为ZM202的92.6%。DP24作为亲本之一育成甜菜新品种甜研208,作为授粉者与新型细胞质单胚雄性不育系配制杂交组合,优良组合率50%以上。
        DP24, the sugar beet lines with high sugar content and disease resistance, was a natural cross using the resistant germplasm W12 as female parent and three fine self-bred lines(KH, 1303/111, F111) as male parent. Its reciprocal cross was selected by 3 generations of mother root to select mixed seed collection. After that, a single plant was selected for self-breeding and propagation was expanded. High intensity selection of maternal roots was carried out in 3 generations in both susceptible and non-susceptible fields at the same time.Four years of susceptible field identification showed strong resistance to disease, root yield increased from-4.3% to 53.5%, the sugar content increased by 0.82%-2.48%, the sugar yield increased by 2.9%-64.3% in comparison with the control. The line was resistant to leaf spot and root rot, and was more tolerance to rhizomania. The leaf spot was 0-0.76 grade lower, and the rate of root rot disease was 0.5%-10.2% lower than the resistant cultivar;and the disease index of rhizomania was the same as that of variety with tolerance to rhizomania, which was 9.2 lower than Tianyan8. In non-susceptible fields identification, the root yield was 17.4% lower than the high yield cultivar ZM202, but the sugar content increased by 1.93%, and sugar yield was 92.6% of ZM202. DP24 was used as one of the parents to breed a new sugar beet variety Tianyan 208. The rate of superior cross combination was more than 50% when DP24 was pollinator with new cytoplasmic monogerm male sterile line.
