摘要
通过消泡剂在不同掺量下对掺萘系减水剂(NSF)砂浆的含气量、扩展度、强度及压折比的影响试验,考察了4种消泡剂与NSF的相容性。结果表明:消泡剂在掺NSF砂浆中的作用效果与其种类和掺量有关;一般而言,消泡剂会降低掺NSF砂浆的含气量,改善其流动性,提高强度并降低压折比;消泡效果较好的消泡剂对掺NSF砂浆的流动性和强度的改善效果也相应较好。
Through the test of effect of defoamer in different dosage on air content,slump flow,strength and the ratio of compressive strength to flexural strength of mortar mixed with naphthalene superplasticizer(NSF),studied the compatibility of four kinds of defoamer and NSF. Results show that,the effects of defoamer in mortar mixed with NSF is related to the kinds and amounts of defoamer. Generally,defoamer can reduce the air content of mortar mixed with NSF,improve the fluidity,increase the strength and reduce the ratio of compressive strength to flexural strength,and the defoamer with a good defoaming effect usually has a better improvement on mortar flow and strength of mortar mixed with NSF.
