摘要
为提高水力喷射拖动压裂工艺的施工效率,研制了过球式水力喷射器。该喷射器采用弹性球座机构,解决了密封、耐磨、强度等问题,能够可靠控制喷射器滑套开启,并具有过球功能,实现了一球开启多滑套的目标。由过球式喷射器与滑套封隔器组成的多级水力喷射管柱,与拖动分段压裂工艺相结合,在长庆油田应用20余井,最高一趟管柱完成10段分段压裂施工,是单级水力喷射拖动压裂管柱施工段数的2~3倍,有效提高了油田水力喷射压裂施工效率。
        To enhance the efficiency of hydro-jet staged fracturing technology by dragging string from one stage to next stage,the passing ball multi-stage hydro-jet tool is necessary to be researched.Compared with usual multi-stage Hydro-jet tool,the most important of this new tool is that it can open several sleeves by only one same size ball.By designing elastic ball-seat structure,the sealing ability,weariness and tenacity have been solved successfully.Therefore,the function of opening several sleeves by one same ball can be achieved.What's more,a new multistaged hydro-jet separate fracturing string is composed by the passing ball multi-sleeve hydro-jet tool and packer controlled by sleeve.And this new string has been used in about 20 horizontal wells.In a well,ten layers have been operated with only one trip,which is two or three times than the common single hydraulic jetting fracturing string.So it can achieve high efficiency operation by hydro-jet fracturing technology and is very promising.
