摘要
常见的芳香开窍药石菖蒲、冰片、麝香等,能够芳香走窜、醒脑开窍、引药上行,带引其他药物直达病所,提高疗效。血-视网膜屏障是维持眼局部内环境稳定的重要结构,同时也是影响药物治疗作用的主要因素。分别从组织结构、中药药性和分子生物学改变三个方面进行说明和概括,总结以上几种芳香开窍药对血-视网膜屏障通透性改变的影响和作用机制,为芳香开窍中药的对于眼部疾病的治疗提供新的策略。参考文献32篇。
