摘要
对某款传统水稻收割机液压系统进行分析,指出存在的问题,并进行针对性的升级改造。同时,对新系统原理进行深入分析,对其中的分流阀和调速阀工作原理进行重点阐述,并在台架试验台上对分流阀和调速阀进行不同负载工况测试。试验表明:新系统采用分流阀芯结构,可以满足系统转向与割台、拨禾轮及卸粮等联合动作,显著提升了效率。新系统采用调速阀控制拨禾轮马达方案,通过调整手柄行程,可以控制马达转速且转速稳定,适合收割不同转速要求的农作物,方便且效率高;采用液压马达控制炮筒旋转,功率密度比直流电机大,安全性能突出,故障率降低。
        A traditional rice harvester hydraulic system is firstly analysed in this paper,and the key problems are pointed out. The traditional system is upgraded,and the new system 's principle is deeply analysed,meanwhile,the working principle of shunt valve and speed control valve are elaborated. And the two valves have been tested in different load condition on bench test. Test shows that the new system adopts the shunt spool structure,which can satisfy the combined action of the system steering and the cutting table,the wheel and the grain unloading,and remarkably improves the efficiency; The new system adopts the scheme of speed control valve to control the reel motor,which can be adjusted with the stroke of the handle to control the motor speed and the speed is stability,. it is suitable for harvesting crops requiring different speeds,and convenience and high efficiency; The new system adopts the hydraulic motor to control the barrel rotation,the power density ratio is bigger than DC motor,and more safety,lower failure rate.
