摘要
为了有效促进南水北调中线渠道工程安全监控管理的信息化建设,以淅川二标段为典型区域,基于SkylineGlobe平台构建了渠道虚拟三维场景,建立了交互式展示渠道地理形态及建筑物的三维可视化平台。以平台为基础,实现了渠道基础地形、地质、设计、监测等信息的展示、查询、维护、分析等综合数据管理,同时提出了基于监测数据与地质经验结合的稳定性分析预警模型,采用自适应的反距离加权插值算法获得未布设监测点位的预警单元监测数值,实现了稳定性分析预警功能,从而为渠道运行安全管理提供专业、快速、准确的技术支撑。
        For promoting the informationization construction of the safety monitoring and management of the Mid-Route Canal project of the South-to-North Water Transfer Project effectively,We took Xichuan No.2 section as the case study area. we constructed the virtual 3D scene model of the canal with the SkylineGlobe software, and a visualization platform to interactively display the geomorphological feature and the structures.Based on this 3D platform, comprehensive data management such as display,query,maintenance and analysis of channel topography, geology, design and monitoring information is realized. Meanwhile,a canal slope stability analysis and early warning model was developed based on a combination of monitoring data with geological experience. The adaptive IDW interpolation algorithm was employed to derive the monitoring value of the early warning unit that was not actually instrumented, thus effecting the stability analysis and warning functions. This 3D system is capable to provide professional, fast and accurate technical support for the safety management of canal operation.
