全球经济治理体系的变革与中国的作用

摘要
既有的全球经济治理体系已经陷入主要发达国家参与意愿下降、难以满足全球化发展需要的困境。全球经济治理体系只有沿着民主化、多样化和包容性的方向变革,才能解决全球经济治理面临的重大问题。中国把握世界经济运行的规律,提出构建人类命运共同体的全球治理理念和共商共建共享的治理原则,主动承担全球经济治理责任,积极推进市场开放。在美国对华贸易保护措施升级等复杂多变的国际经济环境下,中国尤其需要在坚持改革开放、维护全球化秩序和推动全球经济包容性发展上保持战略定力。
The current global economic governance system has been trapped into a dilemma that the major developed countries are reluctant to participate in the global governance and thus the need of global development cannot be met. The current problems around the global economic governance can be solved only via reforming the global economic governance system in the direction of democratization,diversification and inclusiveness. Following the laws that underlie global economic development,China has put forward not only the global governance concept of building a community with a shared future for mankind,but also principles of extensive consultation,joint contributions and shared benefits. Under the complex international economic environment including a rise of American protectionism,China needs to maintain the strategy of insisting on the opening-up,maintaining the global order and promoting the inclusiveness of global economy.
