安珂微创旋切手术用于良性乳腺肿物临床治疗的效果分析

摘要
目的:研究并探讨安珂(En Cor)微创旋切手术用于良性乳腺肿物临床治疗中的效果。方法:选取2014年1月-2017年1月笔者所在医院收治的200例良性乳腺肿物患者作为研究对象,采取计算机随机数字分组法将患者分为两组,各100例。对照组患者采取传统乳腺肿物切除手术,观察组患者采取安珂微创旋切手术,比较两组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、切口长度、切口愈合时间、住院时间、术后并发症发生率、乳房外观美学优良率。结果:观察组术中出血量少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=8.630,P<0.05);其手术时间、切口长度、术后切口愈合时间、住院时间均短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(t=8.455,15.231,7.625,7.615,P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.688,P<0.05);观察组的乳房外观美学优良率为95%,高于对照组的83%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=7.354,P<0.05)。结论:采用安珂微创旋切手术对良性乳腺肿物患者进行治疗,具有手术时间短、术中出血少、切口小、术后恢复快、并发症少等优点,还可有效保证乳房美观度。
Objective:To study and explore the En Cor minimally invasive operation for clinical treatment of benign breast tumor in effect.Method:From January 2014 to January 2017,200 patients with benign breast tumor in our hospital were included as the research object,according to the computer random number table method they were divided into two groups,100 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional breast tumor resection,the observation group took En Cor minimally invasive surgery,the operation time,amount of bleeding,intraoperative incision length,incision healing time,hospitalization time,postoperative complications,breast aesthetics of the two groups were compared.Result:The excellent rate of observation group of intraoperative bleeding was less than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=8.630,P<0.05);the operation time,incision length,postoperative wound healing time,hospitalization time were shorter than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(t=8.455,15.231,7.625,7.615,P<0.05);the incidence of complications of observation group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant( χ~2=4.688,P<0.05);breast aesthetics excellent rate was 95%,higher than 83% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant( χ~2=7.354,P<0.05).Conclusion:The En Cor minimally invasive treatment in patients with benign breast tumor resection,has shorter operation time,less bleeding,smaller incision,faster postoperative recovery,less complications,also can effectively ensure the appearance of the breast.
