超声引导下穿刺冲洗治疗急性哺乳期乳腺脓肿对患者疼痛程度的影响

摘要
目的分析超声引导下穿刺冲刺治疗急性哺乳期乳腺脓肿对患者疼痛情况的影响。方法方便选择2017年1—12月该院收治急性哺乳期乳腺脓肿患者156例,按照随机数字表法分成对照组(78例,切开引流术)和观察组(78例,超声引导下穿刺冲洗);比较两组患者疼痛程度[数字化评估表法(NRS)得分]、术后3个月患者对术后乳房外观的满意度。结果观察组NRS得分明显低于对照组(1~3分:78例vs 1例;4~6分:0例vs 37例;7~10分:0例vs 40例),差异有统计学意义(χ2=152.05、48.50、53.79,P<0.05);观察组患者满意度明显高于对照组(100.00%vs 37.18%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=140.60,P<0.05)。结论超声下引导穿刺冲洗治疗急性哺乳期乳腺脓肿,患者疼痛感轻微,对术后乳房外观的满意度较高,临床推广价值高。
Objective To analyze the effect of ultrasound-guided puncture and puncture on acute breast-feeding abscess in patients with pain. Methods 156 patients with breast abscess were convenient selected from January to December 2017 in the hospital. According to the random number table method, they were divided into control group(78 cases, incision and drainage) and observation group(78 cases, guided by ultrasound puncture washing); The degree of pain of the two groups of patients [NRS score] and the patient's appearance of postoperative breast appearance were compared at 3 months postoperatively. Results The NRS scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(1 to 3 points: 78 cases vs 1 case; 4 to 6 points: 0 cases vs 37 cases; 7 to 10 points: 0 cases vs 40 cases). The difference was sta tistically significant.(χ2=152.05, 48.50, 53.79, P<0.05); The satisfaction degree of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(100.00% vs 37.18%), and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=140.60, P<0.05).Conclusion Ultrasound-guided puncture and irrigation is used to treat breast abscess in acute lactation. The pain of the patient is slight. It has a high degree of satisfaction with the appearance of the breast after surgery and has high clinical value.
