摘要
本文基于2013-2016年中国环境状况公报公布的环境质量数据,分析了大气污染防治新阶段我国大气污染呈现的新特征、新变化,结合大气污染防治工作的开展初步分析了其可能的成因,从建立联防联控机制、科技支撑高效减排、建立预报预警机制三个方面提出了针对性大气污染防治建议,以实现人口、空间、产业、生态环保等多个方面协同发展,为大气污染防治决策部门提供科学依据。
Based on the environmental quality data published in the 2013-2016 State of the Environment Bulletin, this paper analyzes the new characteristics and changes of air pollution in China during the new phase of air pollution prevention and control, and analyzes the possible causes of air pollution prevention and control. Some suggestions for the prevention and control of air pollution have been put forward from three aspects: the establishment of a joint defense and control mechanism, the efficient reduction of emissions through scientific and technological support, and the establishment of an early warning mechanism, so as to achieve coordinated development of population, space, industry, and ecological and environmental protection, and provide scientific basis for air pollution prevention and control decision-making department.
