临床护理路径对腹部创伤伴失血性休克患者抢救质量的影响

摘要
目的探讨临床护理路径对腹部创伤伴失血性休克患者抢救质量的影响。方法选取2016年1月—2018年2月经120急救中心送至徐州医科大学附属淮安医院急诊科就诊的腹部创伤伴失血性休克患者90例,其中2016年1月—2017年1月收治的45例患者作为对照组,2017年2月—2018年2月收治的45例患者作为研究组。对照组患者给予常规急救护理,研究组患者给予临床护理路径。比较两组患者入院至进手术室时间、手术时间、抢救成功率及患者满意度。结果研究组患者入院至进手术室时间、手术时间短于对照组,抢救成功率高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组患者满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论临床护理路径可有效缩短腹部创伤伴失血性休克患者入院至进手术室时间及手术时间,提高抢救质量和患者满意度。
Objective To investigate the impact of clinical nursing pathway on quality of rescue in abdominal injuries patients accompanied with hemorrhagic shock.Methods From January 2016 to February 2018,a total of 90 abdominal injuries patients accompanied with hemorrhagic shock that transferred by 120 Emergency Center were selected in the Department of Emergency,Huai'an Hospital Affiliated to Xuzhou Medical University,thereinto 45 cases admitted to this hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were selected as control group,the other 45 cases admitted to this hospital from February 2017 to February 2018 were selected as study group.Patients in control group received routine emergency care,while patients in study group received clinical nursing pathway.Duration between admission and operating room,operation elapsed time,rescue success rate and patients' satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results Duration between admission and operating room,and operation elapsed time in study group were statistically significantly shorter than those in control group,rescue success rate in study group was statistically significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Patients' satisfaction in study group was statistically significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In abdominal injuries patients accompanied with hemorrhagic shock,clinical nursing pathway can effectively shorten duration between admission and operating room,and operation elapsed time,improve the quality of rescue and patients' satisfaction.
