浮选气泡群与矿浆作用模拟可行性研究

摘要
浮选柱常被用于极细粒矿物(譬如铜、银、铅等贵金属或是重金属)的精选,现阶段也用于粗选和扫选。浮选柱做为无机械搅拌的充气式浮选设备,其浮选时间一般较快,进行关于浮选柱的相关研究时,肉眼不易于观察,一般需要借助高速摄像机进行浮选观察;同时浮选柱在浮选时,需要非常平稳的分选环境,而且对矿物的解离程度要求高。本文应用大型通用有限元分析软件ANSYS,使用模型,以VOF法进行气液俩相界面捕捉,同时以控制变量法建立不同变量影响因素下的浮选气泡群上升模型。模拟气泡群在浮选柱中各影响因素作用下,气泡群与沉降矿浆作用过程。结合模拟与实验分析,在一定速度范围内,气泡群与颗粒沉降群之间的作用具有单个颗粒与气泡之间相互作用的特征,同时根据浮选柱最大输送能力模型和模拟结果分析,浮选中的气泡群与矿浆作用是可行的。
        Flotation column is often used in the selection of extremely fine minerals(such as copper, silver, lead and other precious metals or heavy metals), also used for roughing and scavenging at this stage. As the inflatable flotation column flotation equipment without mechanical agitation, the flotation time is generally faster, related research on flotation column, the naked eye is not easy to observe, generally need to use highspeed camera to observe at the same time in the flotation column flotation; flotation separation environment, need very smooth, and the dissociation degree on mineral requirements. By using the large-scale general finite element analysis software ANSYS with the k-epsion models, use VOF method for gas-liquid two-phase interface capture, and then use control variable method to set up the model of Flotation Bubble group rise under different factors.The simulation of bubbles and pulp of slurry process in the flotation column under the influence of various factors. With the simulation and experimental analysis, in a certain range of speed, simulation of the bubbles react with pulp resemble with single bubbles react with single particle, and according to the model of maximum transport capacity of flotation column[1] and the simulation results, the bubble group and the pulp action in the flotation is feasible.
