对心肺疾病住院患者心肺康复认知状况的调查与分析

摘要
目的了解心肺疾病患者对全面康复的认知与需求,探索开展适合我国国情的心肺康复模式。方法采用自行设计问卷,选取武汉市某三甲医院2017年4—6月入住心内科和呼吸科的368例患者进行心肺康复认知调查。结果了解心肺康复概念的患者只有11.5%,未接受过相关培训的患者达89.7%,对心肺康复中的功能评估、运动处方和心理咨询了解的患者分别为9.0%、14.1%和0.0%,经常及总是进行心肺功能评估的科室为0,3.8%的患者认为住院科室经常开展运动训练的指导,仅2.6%的患者认为住院科室经常或总是开展心理咨询和行为矫正,98.7%的患者对心肺康复有需求意愿。结论患者对心肺康复的认知和医院实施状况均不足,应加强宣教,制定切实可行的康复计划,以满足患者对心肺康复的需求。
Objective To understand the awareness and demands of patients with cardiopulmonary diseases,and explore the mode of cardiorespiratory rehabilitation suitable for China.Methods A self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate 368 patients about the cardiorespiratory rehabilitation awareness,who were from the departments of cardiology and respiratory of a tertiary hospital in Wuhan,Hubei Province from April 2017 to June 2017.ResultsOnly 11.5% of the patients knew the concept of cardiorespiratory rehabilitation and there were 89.7% of patients who had not received relevant training.The proportions of patients who knew functional assessment,exercise prescription and psychological counseling in cardiorespiratory rehabilitation were 9.0%,14.1% and 0.0%,respectively;There was no department that held cardiorespiratory functional assessment always or regularly.The departments those always or regularly instructed exercise training accounted for 3.8% of the total.The departments that always or regularly held psychological counseling and behavior correction accounted for 2.6%of the total.The patients with demands of cardiorespiratory rehabilitation were 98.7%.Conclusion The awareness and implementation of cardiorespiratory rehabilitation is not enough.Education should be strengthened and feasible rehabilitation plan should be developed to meet the needs of patients with cardiopulmonary diseases.
