摘要

目的:探讨前列地尔联合中药熏洗治疗糖尿病足的临床疗效与护理。方法:118例糖尿病足患者随机分为观察组(n=59)与对照组(n=59),对照组给予常规降糖及针对糖尿病足的一般治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用前列地尔与中药熏洗治疗,对比两组患者临床效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为86.44%,显著高于对照组的47.46%(P<0.01);观察组治疗后血管内径显著增宽(P<0.01),血流速度显著增快(P<0.01),对照组治疗前后血管内径与血流速度比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组血管内径显著宽于对照组,观察组血流速度显著快于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:前列地尔联合中药熏洗用于糖尿病足患者的治疗,配合优质护理干预,能够有效提高临床疗效,改善机体大小循环,促进疾病康复,值得临床推广。
        Objective: To discuss the clinical effects of alprostadil combined with Chinese herbal fumigation washing in the treatment of patients with diabetic foot. Methods: 118 patients with diabetic foot were randomly divided into the observation group( n = 59) and the control group( n = 59). The control group were treated with general treatment of conventional glucose and diabetic foot and the observation group with alprostadil combined with Chinese herbal fumigation washing based on the control group and then the clinical effects were contrasted between the two groups. Results: The effective rate of the observation group was 86.44%,significantly higher than 47. 46% in the control group( P < 0. 01). After the treatment,the vessel diameter in the observation group was wider( P < 0. 01),blood flow velocity significantly increased( P < 0. 01),but in the control group,there was no significant difference in vascular diameter and blood flow velocity before or after the treatment( P > 0. 05),and after treatment,the observation group's vascular diameter was significantly wider,the blood flow velocity was significantly faster than that in the control group( P < 0. 01). Conclusion: Alprostadil combined with Chinese herbal fumigation washing and high- quality nursing intervention can effectively improve the clinical efficacy,improve circulation of body size and promote the rehabilitation of the disease in patients with diabetic foot and is worthy of promotion.
