摘要
采用铁氧体法对常州某电镀企业产生的高浓度化学镀镍、铬废水进行处理研究。试验结果表明:在最佳试验条件下,100mL废水投加FeSO_4·7H_2O 25g,反应温度60℃,反应pH值9.0,反应时间30min,废水中镍和铬都达到排放标准。所得到铁氧体粉末镍和铬都符合相应毒性浸出标准。
Electroless nickel and plating wastewater from an electronics factory in Changzhou has been pretreated byferrite process. The results showed that when the best treating conditions are as follows:pH=9.0,the reaction temperature and reaction time were 60℃ and 30 min,and the addition of FeSO_4·7 H_2O was 25 g, reaching the national effluent discharge standard. The Ni and Cr were much lower than that specified in relevant national standards.
