干旱胁迫后玉米杂交种产量性状与抗旱性的关系研究

摘要
【目的】研究旱胁迫后玉米杂交种单株粒数、单株粒重与百粒重和抗旱性的关系,为生产上评价和筛选抗旱玉米品种提供参考。【方法】对25份玉米杂交种进行大田正常灌水和旱胁迫对比试验,研究旱胁迫后玉米杂交种单株粒数、单株粒重和百粒重与抗旱性的相应变化。【结果】与正常灌水对照相比,旱胁迫使杂交种的单株粒数和单株粒重显著降低,百粒重变化不显著。受旱后单株粒数和单株粒重高的品种耐旱指数大。【结论】旱胁迫后玉米杂交种的单株粒数和单株粒重与玉米抗旱性关系密切,旱胁迫后单株粒数或单株粒重可作为玉米抗旱品种筛选的指标。
        [Objective]The purpose of this research was to study the relationships between the maize hybrid' s per number of grain,per yield of plant and hundred of grain weight after drought stress and its drought resistance so that the scientific principle will be applied to evaluate and select varieties with high drought resistance production.[Method]Twenty five sets of maize hybrids were employed under normally watered and drought stress condition.The change of per number of grain and grain weight and hundred grain weight and the drought resistance were compared respectively.[Result]The per number of grain and yield decreased greatly after drought stress comparing with that of the well - watered.Hundred grains weight change a little.The varieties drought index and single plant grains,grain weight after drought stress were positively correlated.[Conclusion]The relationship between maize hybrid' s per number of grain and yield per plant and drought resistance was significant,and per number of grain or per yield plant can be considered as an index for choosing maize varieties with higher drought resistance after drought stress.
