滴灌生草模式对葡萄产量及品质的影响

摘要
探寻大泽山地区葡萄种植中合适的水肥管理制度,提高水肥资源利用率,推动生态果园建设。本研究以玫瑰香葡萄为对象,探索了果园生草和滴灌施肥对玫瑰香葡萄生长及品质的影响。结果表明,与传统处理相比滴灌施肥技术节水58%、节肥34%,并且滴灌处理使玫瑰香葡萄单粒重、产量分别显著(p<0.05)提高12.9%、5.4%,增加果实可溶性固形物、还原糖含量、果皮中花青苷含量,使玫瑰香葡萄硬度显著(p<0.05)提高58%。由于生草年限较短,生草处理与清耕处理之间差异不显著(p<0.05)。综上所述,大泽山地区进行滴灌施肥是降低资源投入,提高水肥利用率,提高葡萄产量和品质的有效措施。
        In order to explore the suitable irrigation management model scheme for grape cultivation to improve resource utilization at Da zeshan area.The Muscat Hamburg were selected as experimental materials to determine the effect of planting grass and drip fertigation on the quality of the Muscat Hamburg.The results showed that compared with traditional fertigation,the drip fertigation save water and fertilizer by58% and 34% and improved the average single grain weight and yield of Muscat by 12.9% and 5.4%significantly.There also had significant effect on the total soluble solids,titratable acid,total soluble solids acid ratio,the anthocyanin contents of the fruit peel.There were no significant difference between sward and raw grass treatment.Compared with the traditional flooding irrigation fertigation,the drip irrigation had significant effect on firmness,which increased by 58%.It could be concluded that compared with the traditional drip fertigation can reduce the input of resource and increase the utilization of resource which can improve the edible quality and the yield.
