<正>离子通道在细胞的电活动过程中处于基础地位:既控制静息膜电位、动作电位和其他电信号的形成,还负责离子穿过分泌细胞和上皮细胞、调节细胞体积[1],在一定程度上决定机体能否正常运转。心肌细胞通过各离子通道调节跨膜离子的电位差来保持心脏的功能状态,一旦其形态、结构、泵和交换体的活动及细胞间耦联状态出现异常,易诱发各种心脏疾病,心律失常是其最常见的表现形式。分布于心肌细胞膜上的主要载体电流有:I N a,
