摘要
采用一锅法制备了二氧化硅固载铁掺杂硅钨酸催化剂,通过以油酸和甲醇为反应物的酯化反应,对制备得到的催化剂进行活性研究。系统考察了各因素(油酸与甲醇物质的量比、催化剂用量、反应时间及温度)对酯化反应的影响。当油酸与甲醇物质的量比为1∶8,催化剂用量为3%(质量分数),反应时间为3 h,反应温度为70℃时,油酸转化率为76.8%。此外,固载固体酸重复使用4次后仍具有较好的催化活性。
Silica immobilize iron doped silicotungstic acid catalyst was prepared by one-pot method,and the catalytic performance of the obtained-catalyst was studied from the employing of it in the esterification reaction with the oleic acid and methanol.The effects of various parameters(oleic acid to methanol molar ratio,catalyst amount,temperature and time) were valued by single factor experiment.A conversion of oleic acid methyl ester 76.8 % was obtained when the molar ratio of methanol and oleic acid was 1∶8,the catalyst amount was 3 wt.%,the reaction temperature was 70℃ and reaction time was 4 h,and the catalyst also exhibits excellent catalytic stability within four times reused.
