JCI标准下的职业安全防护管理体系构建和应用

摘要
医院管理的实施能够使得患者安全程度提升,安全管理主要是医院患者管理的过程中重要内容,其在JCI标准下具体实施的时候,需要病房护士长负责护士的职业安全监管工作,在医院情况基础上提供相关的防护设备,护理人员在职业活动中严格遵守医院管理规定,为实现患者安全形成共同的护理理念和价值观等,使得医院职业安全防护管理体系科学有序。
The implementation of hospital management can improve the safety of patients. Safety management is mainly an important part of the process of hospital patient management. When it is implemented under the JCI standard, the ward nurse is responsible for the occupational safety supervision of the nurse. On the basis of the hospital situation, relevant protective equipment is provided. The nursing staff strictly abides by the hospital management regulations in the professional activities, and forms a common nursing concept and values for the realization of patient safety, so that the hospital occupational safety protection management system is scientific and orderly.
