小型断路器分断过程动态仿真分析和试验验证

摘要
提出一种结合有限元分析软件Ansys与多体动力学分析软件ADAMS联合仿真断路器分断过程的方法。首先利用Ansys计算短路电流下电磁机构中动铁心的电磁力及动静触头系统间的洛伦兹力,而触头间的利用经验公式计算触头间的Holm力。然后将计算结果导入ADAMS,仿真分析小型断路器的短路分断过程,同时可以获得动铁心的运动速度与位移,触头的运动位移以及操作机构解扣时间等。最后,利用高速摄影对小型断路器的短路分断过程的相关参量进行测试。结果表明仿真与测试的准确度大于85%,为小型断路器操作机构的快速设计和优化分析提供了可靠的帮助。
        This paper presented a simulation method of miniature circuit breaker( MCB) 's breaking process based on finite element analysis software Ansys and dynamic analysis software ADAMS. The electromagnetic force of movable core and the Lorenz force between contact systems were calculated when short-circuit,whereas the Holm force between contact system was calculated by empirical formula. After the Ansys' s results of the electromagnetic force,Lorenz force and Holm force being imported to ADAMS,the moving speed and distance of movable core,the distance of movable contact and the tripping time of operating mechanism were calculated. Finally,the tests of breaking process were verified by the high speed photography. The results indicate that this method is able to effectively analyze the dynamic characteristics of operation mechanism during the breaking process,and provide reliable assistance for the design of MCB's operation mechanism.
