摘要
由于石墨烯具有优良的电学性能和力学性能,试验通过Hummers法,将石墨氧化为氧化石墨烯(GO),再用水合肼将氧化石墨烯(GO)还原成石墨烯,并将其应用到涤纶织物的抗静电整理中。对合成的氧化石墨烯(GO)和石墨烯,利用傅里叶红外光谱仪进行结构分析,使用扫描电镜观察其表面形貌,并通过超声静置的方法测试它们的分散稳定性能。结果表明:使用水合肼还原GO所得的石墨烯,其表面的含氧官能团大大减少,且具有良好分散性能。将石墨烯分散液和水性聚氨酯按一定比例复配,以浸轧-焙烘工艺对涤纶织物进行抗静电整理,测试了织物的抗静电性能以及抗静电性的耐水洗性能。结果表明,当石墨烯用量为5 g/L时,涤纶织物的表面静电压为932 V,半衰期为0.54 s。经过20次皂洗,表面静电压和半衰期仍能达到952 V和0.62 s,说明具有持久的抗静电效果。
        Graphene has excellent electrical and mechanical properties. Graphite is oxidized to graphene oxide(GO) by Hummers method, and then reduced to graphene by hydrazine hydrate, and applied to antistatic finishing of polyester fabric. The structures of the synthesized graphene oxide(GO) and graphene are analyzed by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR), the surface morphology is observed by scanning electron microscopy(SEM), and the dispersion stability of GO and graphene is tested by ultrasonic stationary method. The results show that graphene obtained by reducing GO with hydrazine hydrate has less oxygen-containing functional groups on its surface and good dispersibility. The polyester fabrics are treated with graphene dispersing solution and waterborne polyurethane in a certain proportion by dip-pad-bake process. The antistatic properties and washing resistance of the fabrics are tested. The results show that when the grapheme concentration is 5 g/L, the surface static voltage of polyester fabric is 932 V and the half-life is 0.54 s. After 20 times of soaping, the surface static voltage and half-life can still reach 952 V and 0.62 s, indicating that it has a long-term antistatic effect.
