摘要
我国当前面临十分严峻的水环境安全问题,近年来发生多起重大水污染事故,严重损害人体健康、破坏生态环境,造成巨大经济损失。在水污染事件应急监测中,如何尽快准确的查找到污染源十分重要。以监测数据为指导,逐步缩小污染源排查范围,再准确锁定污染源的位置,为事故的快速处理,防止污染物进一步扩散赢得宝贵时间,尤其针对流域污染。本文以浏阳河镉污染事件为例,探讨了监测数据在应急监测污染源追溯中起到的重要作用。
        As safety of water environment is facing rigorous situation in our country,several major accidents of water pollution occur,causing serious damage to human health, ecological environment and huge economic losses. In the process of emergency monitoring of water pollution accident,it is very crucial to timely discover the source of pollution. The monitoring data gives a guide to gradually narrow the scope in source identification of pollution. In consequence,the pollution source is located accurately,avoiding the further diffusion of the pollutants,in particular the pollution of watershed. In the study,the role of monitoring data in the retrospect of pollution source of emergency monitoring is investigated, taking the cadmium pollution accident in Liuyang River as an example.
