油气水流量计量仪表检定装置节能措施探讨

摘要
针对传统油气水流量计量仪表检定装置存在系统能耗高、部分检验设备检验效率低、检验设备潜能未得到发挥、部分设备存在安全环保缺陷等问题,提出采取油气水流量计量仪表检定装置变频节能技术改造,加装水环式真空泵外排水回收利用装置,以及改进水流量计量仪表检定装置工艺流程等节能增效技术措施,并对实施效果和综合效益作了分析。实践证明,这些节能技术措施均十分有效。
        In view of the problems of high energy consumption, low test efficiency, low test equipment potential, safety and environmental defects in some equipment, the traditional oil,gas and water flow meter calibration equipment has been put forward to transform the frequency and energy saving technology of the metering device of oil and gas flow metering instrument and add water loop. The equipment for the recovery and utilization of the outer drainage of the air pump, as well as the technical measures of improving the technological process of the water flow metering instrument verification device, are improved, and the effect and the comprehensive benefit are analyzed. Practice has proved that these energy-saving technology measures are very effective.
