家庭干预在过敏性鼻炎治疗中的应用价值分析

摘要
目的探讨分析以家庭为中心的干预措施对过敏性鼻炎患者护理效果和治疗依从性的影响。方法选取2016年1月至2016年12月襄阳市中心医院耳鼻喉科门诊治疗的过敏性鼻炎患者为观察对象,根据就诊序号依照随机数表法随机分为观察组和对照组,每组131例。观察组接受以家庭为中心的干预措施,对照组接受常规干预措施,比较分析干预前后2组情绪评分、依从性等。结果干预后,观察组抑郁自评量表(self-rating depression scale,SDS)评分、焦虑自评量表(self-rating anxiety scale,SAS)评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。干预后,观察组总依从率(93. 13%)、总有效率(92. 37%)、自我护理能力评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论以家庭为中心的干预措施有利于降低过敏性鼻炎患者负面心理情绪,减轻抑郁、焦虑程度,且能改善患者治疗依从性、提高治疗效果,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the effects of family-centered intervention on nursing and treatment compliance of the patients with allergic rhinitis.Methods The patients with allergic rhinitis,who received outpatient clinical care in the Department of Otorhinolaryngology,Municipal Central Hospital of Xiangyang from January to December,2016 were recruited as research subjects. According to the order of treatment sequence,the patients were divided 2 groups,the observation group and the control group,each consisting of 131 patients. The patients of the observation group received the family-centered intervention measures,while the patients in the control group received routine intervention. Then,the scores of emotion and treatment compliance before and after intervention were compared between the patients of the 2 groups.Results Following intervention,the scores of self-rating depression scale( SDS) and self-rating anxiety scale( SAS) of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group with statistical significance( P<0.05). Total compliance rate( 93.13%),total effective rate( 92.37%) and the scores of self-nursing in the patients of the observation group were all significantly higher those of the control group,also with statistical significance( P<0.05).Conclusion Family-centered intervention was beneficial to the reduction of negative psychological emotion of the patients with allergic rhinitis,relieve depression and anxiety,and furthermore could enhance treatment compliance and improve therapeutic effect. Therefore,it was worth further clinical popularization.
