摘要
针对攀枝花地区某海绵钛厂循环水系统的特点,通过实验室实验和现场试用跟踪的方式,研究出一种新型高效缓蚀阻垢剂。结果表明,采用优选的缓蚀阻垢剂配方后,循环冷却水的处理效果优于传统含磷配方,藻类滋生量减少,现场应用效果良好。
In view of the characteristics of circulating water system in a sponge titanium plant in Panzhihua area, a new type of highly effective corrosion and scale inhibitor was developed by means of laboratory experiments and on-site trial tracking. The results show that the treatment effect of circulating cooling water is better than that of traditional phosphorus-containing formulation, algae growth is reduced, and the field application effect is good.
