<正>资料患者男性,44岁。因咽部不适1周于2018年3月6日到我科就诊。体格检查发现左侧扁桃体上极直径约2. 4 cm肿物,表面覆白苔。鼻咽镜检查:左侧扁桃体上极肿物,表面有白色假膜附着,右侧扁桃体正常(图1)。磁共振成像(magnetic resonance imaging,MRI)示左侧扁桃体肿物,大小为2. 3 cm×2. 4 cm×2. 4 cm(图2)。鼻咽镜下钳取组织病理为转移性腺癌(图3)。免疫组化:类尾状转录因子-2(caudal-like transcription
