摘要
为获得四连杆门座起重机变幅过程中货载对变幅机构的动载荷,建立了在变幅工作时四连杆门座起重机货载的动力学模型,对该模型进行了求解和分析。以秦皇岛市某型号四连杆门座起重机为实例,对其水平动载荷进行了计算,可为该型四连杆门座起重机的疲劳分析和动态设计提供参考。
Aiming at the influence of cargo load on dynamic load of luffing mechanism in the luffing process of four-bar portal crane, a dynamic model of four-bar portal crane's cargo load is established. By solving and analyzing the model, the dynamic load generated by cargo load on four-bar portal crane in the luffing process is obtained. In this paper, taking a four-bar portal crane in Qinhuangdao as an example, its horizontal dynamic load is calculated, and the results can provide guidance for fatigue analysis and dynamic design of the four-bar portal crane.
