摘要
介绍了一种基圆渐开线-变径基圆渐开线-基圆渐开线组合型线的涡旋压缩机,给出了该组合型线的几何模型以及相应的建模参数,并讨论了在不同结构参数下的组合型线压缩机与基圆渐开线型线压缩机在受力情况、行程容积以及压缩比方面的对比。数值计算结果证明在同种条件下,该新型组合型线涡旋压缩机与普通渐开线型线涡旋压缩机相比具有更好的受力情况、更大的行程容积,以及更大的压缩比的优点。
In this paper, a scroll compressor with base circle involute-variable radius-base circle involute-base circle involute combined profile is introduced. The geometric model of the combined profile and the corresponding modeling parameters are given. The comparison of the force, stroke volume and compression ratio between the combined profile compressor and the basic circle involute compressor under different structural parameters is discussed. The simulation results show that under the same conditions, the new combined scroll compressor has the advantages of better stress condition, larger stroke volume and larger compression ratio compared with the ordinary involute scroll compressor.
